Let’s take the simple thing most woman have had or have: Menstrual cycle!!!

Ever have a craving around your period for chocolate or maybe pizza or molasses products or perhaps tuna. What ever it is that you are craving, check on line and see if that has iron in it.

A client I had the other day, who has a limited type diet told me that she doubted that her body was giving her any signs except to get fat, prior to her period. She said all she craves is tuna and cookies. Can you guess what type of cookies…Not chocolate…Molasses! Molasses is high in iron. BRAVO to her. Her body talks to her and she listens, she just wasn’t aware of it.

MAGIC WOMAN!!

So maybe you don’t need all the other ingredients in molasses cookies, so she started having a spoonful of it prior to her period. Guess what….? Cookie craving gone! Her jaw was dropped when she realized what I said is true. She is MAGIC!
