  • 5 things you can see: Your feet, things around you, etc
  • 4 things you can physically feel: Your feet in your shoes, your clothes over your skin, etc
  • 3 things you can hear: Your deep breath, tapping on keyboard, Someone talking on a phone, Tv, etc
  • 2 things you can smell: Smell of shampoo, Smell of clean air
  • 1 thing you can taste: minty toothpaste
