This understanding helps us find the blocks within your mind that prevent your outward success. Then we work together to take those blocks down and build stronger foundations that will work with you, for you. Allowing you to easily move into the life and goals you make your own. Allowing limiting beliefs to be something of the past. Allowing success to be in the now.

One of the many things that sets me apart from others is my commitment to communication. When you leave the office you are not left to hope it all sunk in. I will make follow up calls or check in with you by e-mail. I also offer additional phone service so you may have real time situations resolved or vented out. I understand life continues after the session and I will be there for you to help get you back on track if you need.

Elizabeth Kehir is a certified hypnotherapist. She earned this education at the nationally accredited college of HMI in California. graduating with a Diploma in Hypnotherapy. Elizabeth is currently in good standing with the Association of Integrative Psychology as well as being certified in Neural Linguistic Programing (NLP).
